NEW DELHI: Animals are found in
Jungles; at least that’s what is known till one of them finds that modern day
jungles are as much ferocious and they stepped in. Well looking at Batista, one
does find an uncanny resemblance with the beast in the wild. And yes his nick
name is ‘the animal’.

Batista may come across as one of the most
ill-tempered person but one chat with him and soon you realize that this man is
not at all forceful, in fact he hardly gets worked up. Well the reason is not so
difficult to find, after spending 10 years as a bouncer you do tend to have
greater capacity for tolerance.

And that’s not all about this mammoth
6.5 ft beast, no pun intended. He has his heart all for Queen of Bollywood
Aishwarya Rai. In fact if given a chance to act, he will not buck down to shake
a jig with her.

"I saw her (Aishwarya Rai) in a magazine and God she
is beautiful. I would love to act with her" Batista said.

When
quizzed if he would be keen to do a jig in the Hindi movie, prompt came the
answer ‘Yes’ as if he was more than willing to. But then he said "only if
Aishwarya Rai is in the lead". And his eyes glitter with a smirk on his
face.

Batista may have power of a beast but he is surely not
unbeatable and he was beaten black and blue by none other than Indian wrestler
Khali. He has immense respect for his rival and it shows when he was talking
about his opponent. "Khali is great fighter and along with Undertaker are my
toughest opponents".

"I have a longest rivalry with the Undertaker in
the ring, which I remember the most."

Batista, whose full name Dave
Batista, currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). With his
‘Herculean’ body and rippling muscle it is not so tough to be a three-time World
Heavyweight Champion.

Batista though would like to see a bit of
India, as he says, "I have missed two previous tours and I didn’t want to miss
it third time."

When asked he would like to see more of the country
pat came his reply and he said, "Yes I would love to. Heard so much of the
country specially of Taj Mahal. I tried to get the time and watch the
monument."

"Though I did watch few like Parliament house and Red fort
but I would like to see more."

Batista though tried to wriggle out of
a tough question, when the reality of the fight were asked. He tried, at first,
to be diplomatic but persistent questioning broke his diplomacy and at the end
he conceded that yes this matches are there for ‘fun factor’.

"It is
an entertainment sports and such that part is pre-determined."

When
asked how long does he plan to continue with his career, he said "May be another
2 years."

Batista’s life is like rags to riches story. Started his
career as a bouncer than switched to full fledged wrestling career. When asked
what does it take to become a wrestler from a bouncer, he said, "I am sure not
everyone will like to be a wrestler but if you are desperate to be one then you
should give up on everything and work on it."

Well life surely does
ask for some sacrifices and Batista is a classic example of it. And for all
those crazy fans of WWE there is a good news. The organizer of this mega show
has decided to include an Indian tour for the Indian aficionados of the
sports.
