Batista sends a message to King Booker
August 18, 2006 Washington, DC
Batista vs Sylvain in the opening match. Quebec’s Ambassador comes down to the ring with a microphone in hand decreeing that tonight he will beat Smackdown’s hero right here in the the nation’s capitol. Batista listens impatiently, waiting for Sylvain to enter the ring. As soon as he does, Batista meets him with a spear then follows it up with shoulders to the gut and finishes with the spinebuster. 1-2-3, Batista picks up the quick win.
Later in the night, King Booker calls Batista out to hear Booker’s royal proclaimtion. Come SummerSlam, Batista has two choices. Choice A, get humiliated and suffer defeat in a pay per view match, or choice B, retain some integrity by avoiding the ass kicking. All Batista has to do is bow down and kiss the Royal Toes.
Batista thinks it over then kneels before King Booker. Flush with victory, Booker doesn’t notice when Batista springs into action. No toe kissing happening tonight! Batista stomps on the King’s toes and send him, and the lovely Sharmell packing.
The show ends with Batista enjoying the royal robe, throne and footstool.
